A little note to myself! 40day challenge accepted. I remember as a kid, my father always taught me to keep quiet if I would get angry or upset. Sometimes I practiced ziping my mouth but that really didn’t help.. It bursted out as volcano. I am sure you would be like yeah this is me too! When I got my baby, I asked my dad how did you and mom practice silence when we use to annoy you both. My dad replied, ”you would learn”. I felt so frustrated by his reoly. I didn’t give up, I kept seeking! As I progressed, practice being present and mindfulness, I started experiencing peace within. Now I know my silence is touching my peace not noise!
